Project Overview
Central Station is a two-tower mixed-use development in downtown Phoenix, built above a working transit center at street level. The 33-story Maeve tower and the 22-story ANOVA tower share a rooftop pool and an entertainment venue between them. FDR Engineers provided the cold-formed steel engineering, the design of the prefinished exterior wall panel system, and the exterior cladding design, working for MKB Construction under general contractor Layton Construction. Project completed in 2025.
